When is the 2021 Big Button Auction?

This year’s Big Button Auction will be a little different than in previous years. On January 27th, starting at 7 pm, we will be going Live on Facebook and Instagram to reveal our 2021 Commemorative St. Patrick’s Day Button, announce plans for our March 17th celebration, and kick off our online fundraising auction. What platform will the auction take place on?

Our auction will take place online using the 32auctions.com. Click here on January 27th to participate in the auction

How does bidding work?

The bidding process is easy and works similarly to other online auction sites. You will be able to both read about and view the items as well as their current bid amount. How long will the auction be open for?

The auction will be open from January 27th at 8:00pm through January 31st, closing at 8:00pm. Click here during the event to participate in the auction. 

How will I know if I won something? How do I pay?

All winners will be announced via our social media.

Payments are due at the close of the online auction and must be made using 32Auctions’ online payment feature. Winning bidders will receive a notification with payment instructions. Items must be paid for in full no later than February 6th. If an item is not paid for by that date, the next highest bid will be chosen.

What payment options are available?

When the auction closes, 32Auctions will automatically email winning bidders with notifications and payment instructions. Winning bidders can click the payment button to pay online with a credit card, debit card, or PayPal account.

Are refunds available?

Sorry, all sales are final. This auction is a fundraiser and there will be no exchanges or refunds. All values are approximate and all items are sold as is.

How do I receive my items?

You may pick up your item(s) at Dixie’s On Grand, Tuesday February 9th from 6pm-8pm Please be prepared with your receipt to show you are indeed the winner. If this time does not work for you, other forms of pick up can be negotiated.
